  *   Rules for defining term_exists - led by Stephane Meystre.
  *   Mapping of CUIs to standard terminology - led by Juan Banda
  *   Mapping of Note Types to LOINC/standard vocabulary - Karthik Natarajan, Ruth Reeves, Jon Duke and Hua Xu will work together on this.
