Denominator Units for liquid drugs and quantity field in DRUG_EXPOSURE

Proposal
Since the days_supply and the drug_exposure_end_date fields essentially denominate the same thing. In addition, having two fields generates the possibility of inconsistency.
Use Cases
None, since this is a removal.
