OHDSI seeks to create a validated content library to enable reproducible research. The library touches on the activities of many working groups, including APHRODITE, CIRCE, ATLAS / HERMES, and LAERTES. Additionally, it has its own requirements that stand apart from these WG activities. Thus, this is a project page dedicated to defining the requirements of this library.

Content Types

• Phenotypes (e.g., Patients with Hyperlipidemia)
• Clinical Concept Components (e.g., Elevated Cholesterol Values (e.g. [LDL > 130 OR Total Chol > 200])
• Concept Sets (e.g., a set of LDL Value concept codes)
