The goal with Milestone #1 is to rerun and validate with as many tumor registry sites as possible.

For Milestone #2 - Creating standard vocabularies for diagnostic modifiers, a decision was made to discuss the outreach plan to work with NAACCR, Caps, IMO, OROT, HemOnc to incorporate/sync their vocabularies into OMOP. This task will be the first agenda item to be discussed in the Outreach/Research subgroup meeting to be held on Tue, 10/15 at 10AM. Following which we can confirm the tasks for Milestone #2.

Milestone #2 should begin in parallel with Milestone #1.

Team agreed that Milestone #3 - Creating methodology for converting cancer data from EHR should begin after the completion of Milestone #2 as there are several task and resource dependencies.

For Milestone #5 - Running a beta test study that includes genetic data, 2 initial tasks have been identified to get the subgroup going. Refer to the below for a list of tasks included in this milestone https://github.com/OHDSI/OncologyWG/milestone/7
