To successfully adapt a new version of the source vocabulary we need to perform these tasks:

1. Analyze the structural and data changes.
2. Alter the migration algorithm.

Our goal is to develop an application, which will do:

• Parse data from: XML, csv, xlsx, db-table or db-dump
• Structural analysis
• Data analysis
• Test the migration process
• Track and handle errors during the test migration
• Load vocabulary to OMOP
• Support OMOP v.4 and OMOP v.5
• Rollback to the previous vocabulary version

At first the application will be focused on finding and fixing the potential migration problems. It will significantly boost the migration process. In the future, we distinguish the common problems, with the typical solutions, then, they could be automated.
