The Titan Awards, first introduced in 2018, recognize OHDSI collaborators (or collaborating institutions) for their contributions towards OHDSI’s mission. Each year, community members nominate individuals or institutions they feel have made significant contributions towards advancing OHDSI’s mission, vision and values. Once nominations are submitted, the OHDSI Titan Award Committee selects the recipients, and the honorees are announced at the annual Global Symposium.

We are proud to introduce the 71 individuals or teams that were nominated in 2026. The winners will be announced during the closing session on Wednesday at the 2026 Global Symposium. 

Titan Awards honor the following categories: data standards, methodological research, open-source analytics, clinical applications, community leadership, community support, and community collaboration.
