OHDSI Europe Community Calls
Welcome to the OHDSI Europe community call, a new meeting that will be held the second Thursday of each month at 1 pm CET. These calls will provide updates around OHDSI Europe, as well as research presentations, community updates, brainstorm sessions, networking opportunities, and plenty more. Newcomers and veterans alike are all invited to this get-together for the OHDSI Europe community.
The first Europe community call of 2026 focuses on TeamPerMed and Umbrella & PREPARE, current European projects using OMOP.
The Dec. 2025 Europe Community Calls focused on a trio of vocabulary initiatives:
- Semiautomatic mapping of a national drug terminology to standardised OMOP drug concepts using publicly available supplementary information (Agota Meszaros)
- Introducing the Belgian vocabulary team (Freija Descamps)
- On RxNorm Extension and how to a vocab in it (Anna Ostropolets)
The Nov. 13 Europe Community Call focused on Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs). It also highlighted recent publications and other updates.

The Oct. 9, 2025, Europe Community Call introduced the newest National Nodes to the community. It also highlighted recent publications, Titan Award winners, and more.
