2026 OHDSI Global Symposium

Oct. 20-22 • New Brunswick, N.J. • Hyatt Regency Hotel

There is nothing quite like the OHDSI Global Symposium, a vibrant, mission-driven gathering that unites hundreds of collaborators from every corner of the globe. This isn’t just a conference; it’s a catalyst for global scientific impact, where a dedicated community generates the evidence necessary to transform health decisions and elevate patient care worldwide. We are thrilled to return to New Brunswick, N.J., for our most significant event of the year—a true celebration of open-science collaboration and collective discovery.

The 12th annual OHDSI Global Symposium will be held October 20-22 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Brunswick, N.J., USA. We are designing an immersive three-day experience that highlights the power of our network:

  • Oct. 20: Specialized tutorials to sharpen your skills and expand our collective expertise.
  • Oct. 21: High-impact plenaries and the celebrated Collaborator Showcase, featuring the latest breakthroughs from our community.
  • Oct. 22: Dynamic workgroup activities designed to solve real-world health challenges together.

Beyond the agenda, the symposium offers endless opportunities to network, share insights, and learn from the diverse perspectives that make OHDSI unique. And, as our veterans know well, you should always expect a bit of the unexpected!

Note: the Eventbrite tickets will reflect these options in a package price and tutorial tickets cannot be purchased separately. In addition, tutorial fees cannot be discounted or waived. Tutorial tickets will need to be shown on site at registration.

*this is an open and inclusive event; if the symposium registration fee presents a burden for you, please email [email protected] and request a discounted or waived ticket (please note that discounted and/or waived tickets are limited).

Eventbrite Process: On the Eventbrite platform, you will purchase your ticket first and then fill out the registration form. If you registered correctly, you receive two Eventbrite confirmations (one that confirms payment and one that confirms registration). If you did not register correctly, you will receive a payment confirmation email only. You will then need to log back into Eventbrite and complete registration by answering the registration questions and clicking “Complete Order” or “Submit and Get Tickets”. If your registration is complete, the email confirmation will state “Go to My Tickets,” and if you did not register correctly, the email will state “Get Tickets Now”. Your seats will not be reserved unless you have completed the registration process and have been issued tickets.

If you are purchasing a ticket for someone else, please register the attendee’s name under the ticket buyer (and not yours). If you require the confirmation to be sent to you, you may use your email.

Should you need to make changes or cancel your registration tickets, please follow the instructions you will receive on your Eventbrite confirmation upon registration completion.
