Daniel Otchere is AI/ML Scientific Engineer at Penn State’s Institute for Computational and Data Sciences and a Data Scientist with the Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI). His work focuses on developing advanced machine learning and deep learning models for healthcare applications, including EHR analytics, ECG-based stroke prediction, and building agentic AI systems to accelerate research workflows. He is particularly interested in collaborating on network studies, distributed data analytics, and privacy-preserving AI to advance health informatics and real-world evidence generation.
