Roger Carlson is a Senior Data Analytics Engineer at Corewell Health Research Institute (CHRI), a division of Corewell Health. His introduction to OMOP was for Corewell’s participation in the All of Us NIH Research Program. This OMOP instance has since been built into a system-wide research data warehouse for Corewell Health. He has posted 5 versions of his Epic-to-OMOP ETL code on Epic’s UserWeb forum. This code has been used by many institutions as a starting point for their own OMOP journey.
